Mohel
Area of Service: All New England
I am a geriatrician by training and internist, but trained as a mohel under the direction of Rabbi Yehuda Giat in Jerusalem, Israel in 2006.   I perform the bris in an efficient, yet sensitive way that limits pain for the baby as much as possible.  My methods are traditional, passed down via the Jews of Yemen, though open to Jews of all backgrounds.  I do not use the clamps that most American mohels use, making it a safer procedure, and more in tune with the Israeli mode of practice.
